All of our properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Violators will be assessed a $200.00 clean-up fee in addition for any damages .

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation must be done by 6pm 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 10 days is a $25 fee per room and any cancellation made with-in the 10 day policy or a no-show will be charged full reservation. In the event the reservation is rebooked for the dates you requested then it would be refunded minus the $25 fee.
